Yes, our products come with 1-year parts and service warranty to ensure quality and reliability. The warranty period also varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product description or contact us for warranty details.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

     1. The warranty shall not cover or indirect losses resulting from the operation or malfunction of the      product and EUREKA or its authorized seller shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.


     2. The warranty shall not apply in case of defects resulting from any of the following:
    • Normal wear and tear, misuse, and faulty or unauthorized installation of the unit.
    • Improper fuses, faulty electrical circuit, or incorrect voltage.
    • Abuse, negligence, tampering, unauthorized repair affecting the performance of the unit.
    • Accidental damage such as food, fire, or other disruption from natural disaster

    3. The warranty is void if the serial number is missing, altered of effaced.
